Article 1 (TripCash)

1. TripCash refers to a payment method equivalent to cash that can be used for payment when a member purchases a travel product of the company's service.

TripCash is accumulated to and used by members as follows:

a. 1,500T of TripCash is worth $(USD)1.

b. 1,000T of TripCash is worth ￦(KRW)1,000.

c. TripCash can be accumulated and used only in apps provided by the company.

d. TripCash cannot be used in conjunction with coupons.

e. TripCash is not refundable in cash.

f. The use of TripCash may be restricted to some travel products. In this case, related matters will be notified in advance.

2. TripCash is accumulated to and used by members as follows:

a. If the company provides free of charge

b. When a member is selected as a ranker according to the ranking service policy (the specific accumulated amount is subject to the ranking service policy)

c. In the case of providing for other promotions, events, etc. (accumulated by a method notified in advance)

3. The validity period of TripCash is as follows.

a. TripCash can be used for one year from the date of accumulation.

b. If the member does not use TripCash within the validity period, the unused TripCash will expire without prior notice.

c. Notwithstanding Paragraph a., in the case of Trip Cash issued temporarily for promotions, events, etc., it is valid for a pre-specified period.

d. When using TripCash, the points with the closest expiration date are consumed first, and are automatically used in the order of less remaining expiration dates.

4. TripCash may be recalled or deleted for the following reasons:

a. TripCash accumulated through each reason of Paragraph 2 will be recalled or deleted, even though it has already been accumulated, if the reason for accumulation expires after accumulation or it is confirmed that there is no reason for accumulation. (For example, if it is confirmed that the member is not eligible for free provide(related to Paragraph 2-a.), the user has not been selected as a ranker(related to Paragraph 2-b.), the user is not eligible for the issuance by individual promotions and events policies(related to Paragraph 2-c.), etc.)

b. If the company confirms or reasonably suspects that a member is accumulating or using TripCash for fraudulent purposes and methods, the company may recall or delete TripCash of the member and/or restrict membership.

c. Upon membership withdrawal, unused Trip Cash will be extinguished, and the company will not compensate for it.

d. The company may require a member to go through authentication procedures such as mobile phone authentication, I-PIN, or other methods determined by the company when accumulating and using TripCash.

e. If a member accumulates TripCash in an abnormal way, such as using a macro, the company may retrieve the TripCash accumulated by the member without prior notice, and may exercise managerial rights such as suspension or withdrawal of the member account.

5. The Company may set the maximum usage rate of TripCash for each service or product provided by the Company in consideration of various conditions.

Article 2 (Coupon)

1. 'Coupon' refers to a means by which a member can receive a certain percentage or a certain amount of discount when purchasing a travel product of the service.

2. Coupons are granted as follows:

a. If the company provides free of charge

b. In the case of providing for other promotions, events, etc. (accumulated by a method notified in advance)

c. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with TripCash.

d. Coupons are not refundable in cash.

e. The use of coupons may be restricted to some travel products. In this case, related matters will be notified in advance.

f. The validity period of the coupon follows the date specified on the coupon. Coupon expires if not used within the validity period(however, coupons issued for promotions or events for a limited period are valid for a pre-specified period).

g. If the company confirms or reasonably suspects that a member is accumulating or using coupons for fraudulent purposes and methods, the company may recall or delete coupons of the member and/or restrict membership.

h. Upon membership withdrawal, unused coupons expire, and the company does not provide any additional compensation for it.

i. The company may require a member to go through authentication procedures such as mobile phone authentication, I-PIN, or other methods determined by the company when accumulating and using coupons.

j. The company separately posts or notifies matters related to coupon accumulation criteria, conditions of use, restrictions, etc. on the service screen.

k. If a member accumulates coupons in an abnormal way, such as using a macro, the company may retrieve the TripCash accumulated by the member without prior notice, and may exercise managerial rights such as suspension or withdrawal of the member account.

Article 3 (Matters not specified in the terms and conditions, etc.)

1. Matters not stipulated in the Tripbtoz Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms and Conditions’) regarding TripCash or coupons shall be governed by this TripCash and Coupon Policy (hereinafter referred to as ‘Policy’). In case of conflict with the ‘terms and conditions’, the content of this ‘policy’ takes precedence.

2. If the company provides Tripcash, coupons, or other prizes through promotions, events, etc. for a limited period, the contents of the promotions, events, etc. take precedence. For matters not specified in the relevant promotion, event, etc., 'Policy' and 'Terms and Conditions' are applied in order.
